4. Guarantee policy
- Returns & Exchanges

Consequently, Howisin LLC will replace at its expense those materials that result in imperfections or manufacturing defects, during a period of (6) months, counted from the date of receipt of the goods. The guarantee may be understood as an economic compensation for the amounts affected or their replacement, by mutual agreement.
The product must be sent to the factory or warehouse, as the case may be, to assess and manage the replacement if applicable.
The User will not assume any value for the replacement and/or repair, necessary in the guarantee of the merchandise.
If once the repair is done, the product repeats its fault, a new repair will be carried out, and in case of not having any, the money will be refunded, or the product will be exchanged for another of the same or similar reference.
