4. Guarantee policy
- Returns & Exchanges
Our company is committed to manufacturing and supplying new and top quality products, in accordance with the agreed specifications, not only for the raw materials used, but also for technique and labor, and they will be able to withstand normal environmental conditions in the installation sites.
Consequently, Howisin LLC will replace at its expense those materials that result in imperfections or manufacturing defects, during a period of (6) months, counted from the date of receipt of the goods. The guarantee may be understood as an economic compensation for the amounts affected or their replacement, by mutual agreement.
The product must be sent to the factory or warehouse, as the case may be, to assess and manage the replacement if applicable.
The User will not assume any value for the replacement and/or repair, necessary in the guarantee of the merchandise.
If once the repair is done, the product repeats its fault, a new repair will be carried out, and in case of not having any, the money will be refunded, or the product will be exchanged for another of the same or similar reference. Once the repair is completed, a record of this will be delivered to the User.
The guarantee will not proceed if it is shown that the failure comes from force majeure or a fortuitous event, the improper use of the product by the User or that the installation, use or maintenance instructions have not been followed.
- Return Policy

The product must be returned in the same condition that it was received, without having used or assembled it, in its original box or packaging, with all its parts, catalogs and manuals; Available for a new sale.

Howisin LLC will manage the return of the value paid for the good or service within a maximum period of 30 days after receiving the request.
